Daniel Andrés Longoria was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, and went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in 2003 from Harvard University, majoring in Economics. He also received a Spanish Language and Literature Citation. In 2006, Daniel received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was selected into the Order of the Barristers, was a member of the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court and received the Dean’s Achievement Award for his outstanding performance in a Trial Advocacy course. Upon graduating from law school, Daniel joined Watts Guerra Craft LLP, where his practice areas include catastrophic personal injury, products liability, commercial and business litigation, pharmaceutical drug litigation and wrongful death. Daniel has been part of trial teams for several cases tried through jury verdicts in his two years with Watts Guerra Craft LLP. Additionally, in his young career, he has negotiated settlements for many of his clients just as the cases were to begin trial.

Daniel is licensed to practice in the state courts of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Austin Bar Association, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), American Bar Association and American Association for Justice (AAJ). Daniel is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
