“Mark served as lead litigation partner on our very complex and demanding International Trade Commission, Patent Infringement case. His performance was consistently excellent—he was focused, tenacious and highly effective through the many depositions and hearings. He was a great guy to have on our side in a tough time and we would be delighted to work with him again.”

Since 2001, Mr. Fassold worked with the same group of attorneys first at Jenkens & Gilchrist and then Jackson Walker. In February 2008, Mark made partner at Jackson Walker. During his time at these firms, he prosecuted and/or defended hundreds of cases in the areas of complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and product liability litigation.
